I have loved the Smurfs since I was a kid. The fact that there are 2 Smurf movies and now 3 games (Smurfs, The Smurfs 2 and Smurfs Dance Party) makes my inner child smile. So if you’re a fan of the Smurf, The Smurfs 2 is the game for you!
From the creators of Ubisoft, The Smurfs 2 is available on the Nintendo DS, Wii, Wii U, PS3 and Xbox 360. The game is an Action-Adventure Platformer that closely follows the movie. The game takes place in New York and Paris as you and the other smurfs rescue Smurfette from Gargamel and his new creations, The Naughty Smurfs. It is a wonderful game for younger gamers. You can play The Smurfs 2 by yourself but it is more fun playing with friends since you can play with up to four people.
For older more experienced gamers The Smurfs 2 will not be a challenge but more of a short, fun way to look back on your childhood. The game has also secured the 3rd spot on the Top Ten UK Software sales for the week of August 10th. I may be a little biased when I say it should have at least gotten the 2nd spot but no matter what The Smurfs 2 is a great game to play!
