Just Cause 3 Shows an Explosive Gameplay Trailer

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's... Rico Rodriguez?

Explosions seem to have become a sort of trademark for the Just Cause franchise. And the gameplay video released today, April 28th, for Just Cause 3 only confirms that fact.

Avalanche Studios shows gamers that Rico Rodriguez will be able to carry out plane jacking, skydiving and wingsuiting during his time in Medici, his paradise hometown. Of course, all of these spectacular feats, and many more, will be done in order to overthrow the dictator, General Di Ravello.

Potential for destruction

The studios promise that everything we can see in this video is pure gameplay material, directly captured from a console. No cut scenes, no scripting, no staging.

Your battle against the dictator will carry out on the ground, on the road, in the sky… and explosions will be had. Be sure to admire the beauty of Medici between two airplane/car explosions. And may we remind you that Rico can carry up to three guns that he can use absolutely anytime and anywhere he sees fit.

Just Cause 3 will be released for Holiday 2015, and those who pre-order the game will get a Weaponised Vehicle Pack. This bonus comes with three “exclusive luxury vehicles primes for action and fully loaded with the firepower to kickstart a revolution.”

The game will come out on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
