2k has announced that the game will be available for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. If you happen to pre-order the title then you have the “Shock Drop Slaughter Pit” bonus content to look forward to.

The Shock Drop Slaughter Pit  will put players against enemies in zero gravity conditions and force them to collect loot for TR4-NU, a new addition to the Borderlands universe. The character once was a military recruiter “until he went crazy.”

The newest entry to the Borderlands universe will support all the ways to play we’ve come to expect from the franchise. Drop-in, drop-out co-op play either online, or locally via split screen will all be intact when the game launches later this year.
