Spawn near a village with a ravine running through it

This is a golden opportunity to set up a legitimate mining town — the ravine runs right through the middle of a village at spawn! You can set up some kind of scaffolding or dig a big pit, but this gets you started finding ore and coal right from the start.

This is a unique challenge for survival-oriented miners — a survival island with just enough resources to get by and an iron mine in the center. There are plenty of places to expand to, or you can just create a little island kingdom from what you have!

Spawn near two ravines and a village

Deadpool

For this seed, you start on a hill, and just down in the valley is the first ravine — behind that is another one and a village, which also happens to have a skeleton spawner beneath it! There’s plenty to be dug up, so get digging!

Spawn next to a village and a natural cave

Village

This seed starts you next to a village so you don’t have to explore empty-handed and gives you an awesome natural cave to explore. Just walk in and start mining!
