House Flipper has a few big things coming this year, namely the Spring Update and Farm DLC. Not only that, but this year marks the game’s 5th year anniversary and Frozen District is serving up some celebratory surprises.
The House Flipper Spring Update is currently live on all platforms. This update brings the tree house, which is featured in the update trailer. Along with the tree house come new light switches, new electrical outlets, the ability to lay tiles on balconies, new furniture set, and animated blinds are included. The update also optimized the game and addresses some bug fixes.
Farm DLC Release Date
Along with releasing the Spring update, Frozen District has announced that the Farm DLC will become available on April 13.
Loaded with new ways to play, the Farm DLC features multiple farm properties, new quests, the ability to expand your current house, crop harvesting, horse riding, and more. Build a modern homestead complete with stable, cows, and hay bales; or corner the egg market with flocks of chickens and rows of coops. The farm life is yours.
