Kitaria Fables Goes Adventuring on PS4, Xbox One This Year

Kitaria Fables is seriously cute, and now PS4 and Xbox One players will be able to experience that cuteness too.

Developer Twin Hearts have announced that their adorably-cute action-adventure RPG with farming sim elements, Kitaria Fables, will be releasing on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, alongside the previously announced releases for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

Kitaria Fables has yet to be given a solid release date, though it is currently dated to come out this year.

Players take on the role of a citizen of Kitaria and embark on an adventure to stop The Darkness encroaching on the bucolic setting of Thunderbunn Farm and Paw Village, saving their friends and neighbors along the way.

On top of epic-looking real-time battles that feature everything from swords to spells, players develop deep relationships with the other residents of Kitaria.

There’s also much more to do in Kitaria than just adventuring off to fight monsters. Farming and crafting mechanics also play important roles in the core gameplay of Kitaria Fables, and the relationships players make with other cute characters like Ms. Apple and Shamrock are just icing on the (carrot) cake.

While we don’t know a whole lot about Kitaria Fables yet, it looks to be something fans of Stardew Valley, Story of Seasons, and Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin would love to settle down with.

Stay tuned for more on Kitaria Fables as we learn more later this year. Hopefully, the wait won’t be too long.
