Game Boy, Game Boy Advance Titles Now on Nintendo Expansion Pack

Game Boy and Game Boy Advance Games have been added to Nintendo Switch Online. Here's a full rundown and list.

In another move that many have wanted for years, Nintendo has finally added Game Boy and Game Boy Advance Games to its Nintendo Switch online service. While the earlier handheld games will be available in the basic Switch Online subscription, access to Game Boy Advance games will require the Expansion Pack service.

As Nintendo loves to do, these titles are available right now on the eShop. Nintendo has truly mastered the art of the shadow drop, and the games available will surely tide people over until the release of Tears of the Kingdom. For starters, both Zelda: Link's Awakening DX and Zelda: Minish Cap are ready for you to jump into.

Nintendo said that fans will be able to use various filters for the included games as well, including those for the original Game Boy, the Game Boy Pocket, and the Game Boy Color.
