In 2010, DC Comics restored Wonder Woman’s comic to the original numbering system, starting with a special #600 issue. Writer J. Michael Straczynski took over writing duties with a story focusing on an alternate timeline, where Paradise Island was destroyed, leading to many Amazons being raised in the outside world.

In this story line, Wonder Woman attempts to restore the normal timeline despite the fact that she does not remember it properly. She is raised in New York City as an orphan and is just coming into her powers. The new costume was designed by DC Comics co-publisher Jim Lee.

To Battle!

To add the Amazon Princess to your Injustice roster, you must complete 63 battles against increasingly challenging opposition. You pay for each battle with Challenge Currency and you start with 25 free Challenge Credits. You can earn more in regular battles or purchased at the Shop.

There are five series of challenges. For each set of battles completed, you get a part of Wonder Woman’s wardrobe (Bracer, Shield, Tiara, Lasso, Belt). Once you have won all five challenges, a Gold Level 600 Wonder Woman is added to your collection.

But, you don’t need to complete them all to win something.

  • 2 Challenges Completed – Free Bronze Booster Pack (worth 8,000 credits)
  • 3 Challenges Completed – +15,000 Power Credits
  • 4 Challenges Completed – Free Silver Booster Pack (worth 35,000 credits)

Once the Standard Challenge is completed, players can then the Expert level version and so on up to the Dampening Field-filled Nightmare level.

Amazon Leadership

The new Diana has a unique passive ability called Amazonian Fury. It means that any other female characters on her team get a 30% increase in their damage and power generation. Must be her fierce female courage that urges them to fight on.

But, don’t dally! You have until April 14th to bring victory to Themiscyra.
