Porting the game to consoles from the handheld 3DS shouldn’t be too difficult considering it uses the same engine as Resident Evil 6 and Dragon’s Dogma, both of which being PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360 games.

3DS owners might be upset with the news, considering Resident Evil: Revelations was supposed to be exclusive to the handheld. Anyone who remembers the exclusivity deal for Resident Evil 4 remembers how it wasn’t that exclusive after a while — the game has been ported multiple times by now.

It should be noted that this is definitely not an error, as the 3DS version of Resident Evil: Revelations has its own listing with the Korean video games rating board.
