A new trailer for the long-anticipated PS4 exclusive, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, has been released by Naughty Dog on the PlayStation YouTube channel.
In a PlayStation blog post, Neil Druckmann, the creative director of Naughty Dog, had this to say about the new trailer”
“Uncharted 4…is almost done. Up until now we’ve dropped small hints about Nate’s final adventure. It’s time to finally pull the curtain back and give you the official Story Trailer. But before jumping into it, a warning: We’re being careful not to reveal too much — but story trailers by their very nature contain some story spoilers. If you’re on a media blackout… what are you doing here?”
Druckmann also made the bold claim that this was the “best trailer in Naughty Dog’s history”.
In the trailer itself (see above), protagonist Nathan Drake can be seen alongside a plethora of new and returning cast members, along with shots of stunning vistas and dangerous situations, such as nearly falling over a huge waterfall.
Fans of the series will be hoping for a culmination of Drake’s story that befits a character of his stature and popularity — and from what we’ve seen so far, A Thief’s End looks set to do exactly that.
New info, screenshots and behind-the-scenes videos will be released about the game right up to its release on April 26th 2016.
