Brand New Thief PS4 Screenshots Uncloaked

Developer Eidos Montreal has released a set of brand new screenshots for the Thief next-gen reboot on the PlayStation 4. The screens, shown below, show off a bit of combat and some sneaking around, of course.

If we’re being completely honest here, the game looks a little dated. The full potential of the PlayStation 4 is not shining through here quite yet. We all knew some time would be needed for games to show their brilliance on the new consoles, but this looks straight last-gen.

Granted, Thief still looks quite nice and its the gameplay here that will count towards the overall experience being a hit or miss. From what we’ve seen of that so far, it’s dead on.
