Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin was announced on the Dark Souls Facebook page. This announcement was followed by the first trailer. It brought good news to fans of the series. They are releasing this for the Xbox One, PS4, PS3, 360, and PC/Steam.
Scholar of the First Sin will have all three installments of DLC, new enemies, and even take advantage of the Next Gen console abilities. The game is scheduled for release in April of 2015. Also as an added bonus will be added NPC’s.
Another major upgrade to the game is the multiplayer functionality. The game has increased the capacity of players from four to six. They also are going to improve the matchmaking ability. This comes as great news for those fans of PvP.
This will be great news for those players that wanted to give the game a try, but replaced their last gen console. This is also great news for fans of the game that want to give the series another go while unlocking everything again. Now we just have to play the waiting game until the arrival.
