On the Dark Souls website (in Japanese) Dark Souls III is slated for a March 24th, 2016 release date – for Japan, at least. The PC version will be coming later, according to the site.

This could mean that the game will reach other territories around this time; however, this is not a given. At the very least, it indicates that versions of the game will more than likely reach NA and EU territories sometime next year.

As far as the game goes, Dark Souls III will offer players another grueling and perhaps frustrating adventure. Dark Souls III joins its predecessors and Bloodborne as one of From Software’s mega-hard Metroidvania style games.
