Shortly after Dead Rising 3 was released in 2013, rumors regarding a fourth episode were running around. A few days ago, insider Ekim rekindled the rumor, saying that Capcom Vancouver was working on Dead Rising 4, without adding further detail. Now, things seem to be getting a little more real for DR4.
ThisGenGaming has received leaked images of the game and has shared them on their website. Along with that news, Ekim has tweeted about the event:
Dead Rising 4 is a remake of DR1 during Christmas time. 4 player coop. Not only the mall but also the surroundings probably.

As Ekim’s tweet says, the game will be a remake of the first Dead Rising, where gamers will be able to play as journalist Frank West once again. The game will also have co-op and online functionalities. Up to four players will be able to take on the game as previous characters Chuck, Nick and Annie.

Dead Rising 4 will be at E3 2016 and will come to Windows 10 PC as well as the Xbox One.
