Sonny Picture and Crackle have released the first movie clip from the upcoming Dead Rising movie. The movie is called Dead Rising: Endgame and is based on the series of Dead Rising games. A full trailer was released at the beginning of this month and can be found below in case you missed it.
The movie will star Jesse Metcalfe (Dallas), Dennis Haysbert (24), Keegan Connor Tracy (Bates Motel), Marie Avgeropoulos (The 100), Billy Zane (Titanic) and Jessica Harmon (iZombie).
Endgame will follow Chase Carter (Metcalfe), who is a well-known TV journalist. Chase will go underground to put a stop to the military operation and get a break on the story of his career. Chase, along with his camerawoman (Connor Tracy) and producer Jordan Blair, will attempt to stop the military operation led by General Lyons (Haysbert), who is a crooked military intelligence officer. He also appeared in the first film.
Endgame is directed by Pat Williams, the director of Continuum, written by Michael Ferris, writer of Terminator Salvation, and will be produced by Legendary Digital Media and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
This is the second Dead Rising movie that has been made by Sony Picture and Crackle and can be streamed for free. Dead Rising: Watchtower (2015) was met with mixed reviews.
