Dragon’s Prophet Trailer from GDC Shows Off.. More Dragons?

Good? Bad? Who knows? Dragons.

Dragon’s Prophet is currently undergoing a tightly-wrapped closed beta with limited entry, but that doesn’t stop Sony Online Entertainment and European publisher Infernum from offering VIP Dragon Packs and throwing trailers at the press.

The above trailer shows off a few of the dragons to be found and tamed in the world of Dragon’s Prophet. The textures aren’t looking so great due to the title being in closed beta internationally, even in its native country of Taiwan. Hopefully later builds will be a bit more polished.

If this is the first you’ve seen of Dragon’s Prophet (and it seems interesting), check out some additional trailers and six minutes of the development team speaking on where the game is going in the future. The game features an action combat system and allows players to tame and use dragons in battle, among other dragon-appropriate tasks. Unfortunately one of those tasks is not eating people.
