The Crystal Chronicles release date announcement gets a snazzy new trailer for company as well. In it, we can see the game’s lovely updated graphics plus some of the many characters you can play as.

Outside of the main races you choose at the beginning, you can also dress up as any of the characters you meet in the game by trading stamps at Moogle Houses.

There’s more to Crystal Chronicles Remastered than just looking good, though. Square Enix added new items, bosses, and dungeons to shake up the experience, plus cross-play functionality and online multiplayer to make teaming up with friends even easier. That’s actually a pretty big deal since the original GameCube version didn’t use online multiplayer (obviously) and made extra players use a Game Boy Advance for their control.

We still have a while to wait until Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered launches, but you can catch up on each of the game’s four main races in the meantime. Stay tuned to GameSkinny for more Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles Remastered news as it comes our way.
