Submerged is set in an ancient, half-flooded, sunken city. Your goal is to explore the city streets both on foot by clambering up buildings and by using your simple fishing boat, hoping to find salvation and supplies.

The city you explore is gorgeous.

Oozing Personality

All the music is composed by BAFTA Award-Winner Jeff Van Dyck, who has worked on a number of Total War soundtracks, including the original Rome and Shogun II: Fall of the Samurai (expansion to Shogun II). So if you have listend to any of those soundtracks, you will know this one will also be amazing!

You play as Miku. A young girl, with brown hair tied into flat looped pig tails. Some of the supplies you gather are for your injured brother who you can see Miku carrying at the end of the trailer.

 This is Miku.

Behind the Trailer

Submerged is made with the Unreal Engine 4 by Epic Games. So as you can see, you can expect some amazing graphics from.

Uppercut Games created the EPOC series for Android and iOS, which has received the added bonus of being featured on a recent Android Mobile Humble Bundle, so you know they are good.

Submerged is coming in early-2015, to PC, consoles, and mobile.

What are your thoughts on the trailer? My one word answer: intriguing.
