HoYoverse has finally released the contents of upcoming update 3.8 for Genshin Impact. The 3.8 update, titled Secret Summer Paradise trailer showed off the new content coming to the game, including new events. Here’s a list of all the events coming to Genshin Impact on July 5.
There are four new summertime themed events being introduced in the Secret Summer Paradise update 3.8. Taking place in the new area of Veluriyam Mirage, the update draws on summer county fairs and the games you’d find therein. Participating in the events will give you a chance to recruit Layla for free. You’ll be able to join the fun in:
- Spino Blaster: A water cannon shooting game
- Dance of Flashing Thought: Various combat challenges
- Sojourns of the Barking Fox: Aerial speed race
- Bing-Bang Finchball: Redesigned shuffleboard
Along with Secret Summer Paradise events, there are three more for you to partake in:
- Shared Sight: Assist the Amurta researcher by using the Inscribed Mirror and recovering small animals.
- Perilous Expedition: Help an adventurer from Liyue for the Adventurer’s Guild.
- Adventurer’s Trials – Advanced: Test your agility and strength with a new challenge from Cyrus, the Branch master of Mondstadt’s Adventurer’s Guild.
Two new Wish events will be occurring in update 3.8. The first half of the update will feature Klee and Eula while the second half will have Wanderer and Sangonomiya Kokomi. Kaeya will have his Hangout Event during this update, as well.
In addition to the new events, Klee and Kaeya will have new outfits you can earn while exploring Veluriyam Mirage. Genius Invokation is getting a PvE mode along with new character cards. You’ll be able to experience all the fun of the fair starting July 5 when Secret Summer Paradise update 3.8 goes live on July 5.
