Today’s a good day for fans of LEGO, Harry Potter, or both. The collection will arrive on October 30, giving everyone plenty of time to add it to their holiday shopping lists.

The remastered collection will offer players everything they loved from the originals — including the trademark LEGO humor, and the chance to be part of Hogwarts during Harry’s years there — in a shiny new package with enhanced graphics, visual effects, and more.

It will also contain two DLC packs, including a Character Pack featuring Godric Gryffindor, Yule Ball Harry, Helga Hufflepuff, Lockhart in a straightjacket, Luna with her lion’s head, Peeves, Hermione in a pink dress, Ron Weasley as a ghoul, Rowena Ravenclaw, and Salazr Slytherin.

There’s also a spell pack containing Cantis, Denaugeo, Ducklifors, Melofors, and Tentaclifors.

This new collection should be great for longtime fans of the game series, as well as those just getting into it. It also sounds perfect for all those fans who would like to share it with their kids. So, Potter-heads — or LEGO fans — mark your calendar for October 30. You’ve got some wizarding to do.
