Honkai Star Rail 1.2 Even Immortality Ends Adds New Characters, Enemies, and Areas

The latest Special Program for update 1.2 in Honkai Star Rail didn’t hold back as it went through the new content coming to the game on July 19. With the voice actors for Blade, Kafka, and Welt as guides, update 1.2 is titled Even Immortality Ends and looks to bring more than just new characters to players. With new missions, events, areas, and stages, Even Immortality Ends looks to be a hefty update. Here’s what we know, including the trailer.

Honkai Star Rail 1.2 Even Immortality Ends Trailer

The trailer for Even Immortality Ends features Blade and Kafka as they start to make their presence known on the Xianzhou Luofu. We also learn more about their end goal. This story plays out during the new Trailblaze Mission, Topclouded Towerthrust.

New Areas in HSR 1.2

Two new areas are unlocked in the new update. The Alchemy Commission, where medicines are made, is one of the six Commisions on the Xianzhou Luofu. The other area is the Scalegorge Waterscape, an underwater type area before the Ambrosial Arbor.

Blade, Kafka, and Luka

Along with the trailer, more in-depth footage of Kafka, Blade, and Luka’s abilities were shown, as well as some history of the characters. Blade is overflowing with Mara and depends on Kafka to keep it in check. He’s also immortal and looking for a way to end his life that sticks. Kafka herself was raised in a land without fear, which explains her general outlook on things.

Message and chat box functions are enabled, so you can switch between both of them to chat with friends or characters. A Rabbit-themed border will also become available.
