The soccer RPG makes a triumphant return to North America and Europe in 2019.

In a press release announcing the 20th anniversary of Level-5 as well as the premiere of the Inazuma Eleven Ares anime series in Europe in Fall 2018 and in North America in 2019, it was also confirmed that the game of the same name, which the anime series is based on, will be heading west in 2019.

The 2019 western release of Inazuma Eleven Ares will be the first game in the series to release in North America since Inazuma Eleven for the Nintendo 3DS in 2014, and the first to receive a European release since Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone for the Nintendo 3DS in 2015.

Inazuma Eleven Ares was originally slated for a Summer 2018 release date in Japan, and was set to have a demo at the World Hobby Fair, but was recently delayed to Fall 2018, with the demo being replaced by a stage show.

Inazuma Eleven Ares will launch on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS in Japan in Fall 2018, followed by a North American and European release in 2019.
