Parting Words

Thank you to all of our passionate and dedicated players for supporting SimCity Social. We hope to see you in some of our other titles on Facebook and other platforms.”

Community Response

On Facebook and on the Playfish forums, responses were… Well, about what you’d expect. One of the most common sentiments expressed was shock that the game was closing so quickly.

I was beginning to wonder why EA has won the title Worst Company in America two years in a row from the Consumerist. Now I know.”

Another one bites the dust.”

Not happy. I’ve spent a lot on this game and I just bought diamond vaults in the past 2 weeks and I’ve really enjoyed planning out my town. I spent money thinking that this would be of value to me. I will not be playing any of your other games if these are the kinds of stunts you pull. I’d like my money back.”
