At the ongoing Gamescom in Germany, they released a new trailer for Lego Marvel Super Heroes

For those of you that are HUGE fans of Legos, Marvel, and video games this will be perfect for you. At the ongoing Gamescom convention in Cologne Germany, they’ve released a trailer for the new Lego game, Lego Marvel Super Heroes. Based on the amazing trailer premiering yesterday, it will include almost every hero and villain from the extensive Marvel series of comics and movies.

Some familiar faces

Based on the trailer, you might recognize your favorite villains and heroes from the Avengers movies, Spiderman, and many more. I was excited to see my favorite heroes from Fantastic Four, Iron Man, and the Hulk (if you can call that big green guy a hero). No matter what character you’re a fan of from Marvel, I’m sure you’ll enjoy this new Lego game. This time there’s no chance of stepping on the pieces!

Leggo-My-Lego

If you’re not familiar with Lego games: they always make silly references to the fact that, well, they’re Legos. I’ve had some familiarity with Lego Harry Potter, and Lego Lord of the Rings. Not only do they portray the stories pretty accurately, but they’re also amusing for people of all ages.

The game-play within Lego Marvel Super Heroes won’t be much different from what we’ve seen in Lego Lord of the Rings. There will be an open ended world style that will surround New York, where you can find bonus material. Luckily, they’ve upgraded the character creator section making it more advanced for your personalizing in the game. A new change within the game is renaming citizen in peril to “Stan Lee in Peril”. I bet I wont be the only one to find this humorous and amusing to find Stan Lee involved in yet another Marvel project.

This upcoming game is set to release October 22nd, on so many platforms you might not know which one to pick. Those include, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, 3DS, DS, Wii U, and PC.

If you’re already a fan of Lego games, tell me your favorite. I’d love to see if anyone has tried Lego Batman or Indiana Jones. Onward with comments, you Legos.
