Bossa Studios released its entry, Surgeon Simulator, for Game Jam 2013 in early January. Let me just say that they could not have picked anything more hilarious.
This free to play simulator is exactly what it seems–you, main character Nigel Burke, have to perform a heart transplant on some poor unfortunate soul using any tools you can reach.
Be sure to try this one out, you’ll laugh so hard that you might crack a rib.
