Create, Build, and Conquer in Life is Feudal: Your Own.
An RPG sandbox in development for PC, Life is Feudal: YO is an alternative for the Life is Feudal MMORPG being developed by Indie team Bitbox. Life is Feudal: YO has been in Alpha testing and will release November 17th. By purchasing Life is Feudal: YO you will also get free access to the Life is Feudal MMO.
Both Life is Feudal and Life is Feudal: YO’s, original release windows were set for Summer 2016. However, the full release of Life is Feudal: Your Own is approaching ahead of schedule. Not only will the game release months in advance, the development team has been working closely with Alpha players to implement the community’s requested features. Access to the Alpha can be bought through Steam Early Access. The multiplayer medieval sandbox will leave Early Access and launch November 17th. Buyers will be happy to see the game release with a 40% off mid-week discount.
To celebrate the upcoming release, Bitbox released an animated trailer with actor, Sean Bean (The Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones) narrating.
What would your role be in in a medieval kingdom? No job is without merit.
Jobs as warriors, farmers, architects, even artists are essential to Life is Feudal: YO. Individual players becoming a community create the atmosphere of a Middle Ages kingdom. Work with your community to alter the landscape. Erect realistic villages and cities using modular building tools. Create dungeons, castles, and caves for others to explore. While countless worlds will be made, it is the players interactions that will make each world different and memorable. Maybe create a world with some original lore; see how players get lost in your creation?
Build up your wealth in the game; craft items and raise your skills to enrich gameplay. With everything left up to each world’s creator, PvP looting and permadeaths are possible. Raise your skills and join forces with other members to build up an army and defend (or steal) your fortune.
So, what about that combat?
All combat will be physics based and no locking on will be possible. No matter if it’s a sword or a bow, the mouse controls all combat. Damage to players uses a system built upon actual human anatomy. Use tactics and combinations to defeat your enemies. Consciousness, health, and overall exhaustion also come into play during battle.
Interacting with your community is the base of Life is Feudal: Your Own. Will you or will you conquer?
Solo this game if you want, but true prosperity and success will come from working with your neighbors and combing your skills. For those wary of outbreaks of player killing, not to worry, the game uses an alignment system that aids the righteous and discourages the wicked.
This games key features are unlike any sandbox currently on the market:
– 64-player, 3km x 3km world in a realistic, medieval setting.
– Create persistent worlds with your rules, including crafting times, skill-caps, and even permadeath.

– Repel the attacks of other players, or join with friends to build an army and conquer.
