Monster Hunter 4 Opening Video Leaked and Awesome

The opening video above looks great! Localization when?
This article is over 11 years old and may contain outdated information

We may have no news on Monster Hunter 4 seeing a localization, but the game is making its way to Japanese retailers September 14th. The above video is a convenient leak of the game’s opening cinematic sure to pump you up and get ready to hunt, even if we may never see it in English.

If the above video isn’t enough for you, 4Gamer has uploaded a few videos to keep that excitement alive. They have video embedding disabled by request, but I certainly can link them here.

Providing you do wander to those links, you may wonder just why there are so many dislikes on the two gameplay videos. You may be able to figure it out like the cool internet detective you are, but just in case you can’t: Monster Hunter 4 is being released on the Nintendo 3DS instead of the PlayStation Vita. This is old news to most fans, but the fanbase that built the series up on the PSP still has a bone to pick, even if it is a small one.

While we can look at and yearn for Monster Hunter 4, we will have to wait on official word from Capcom on a release in North America and Europe. That, my friends, is the hardest part.
