Monster Hunter Frontier‘s lack of a localization is one of the biggest disappointments among Monster Hunter fans, and a special few are about to want the MMO even more: Hatsune Miku, Fate/stay Night characters, and Sengoku Basara‘s Date Masamune will be making their way to the Frontier G update.
Monster Hunter Frontier G will be the biggest update to the MMO yet, even if the popular characters listed above weren’t included. The G update adds:
- 150 G-rank weapons
- 150 G-rank armors
- Four new elements
- 30 new skills
- 10 new monstters
- New weapon actions
- 21 monsters upgraded to G-rank
The game is truly one of the biggest wants and sources of tears among Western Monster Hunter fans, since it gives a larger scale hunting experience and is available on the PC and Xbox 360.
Japan will be getting Monster Hunter Frontier G on April 17. We won’t be getting it, ever. At least we have Monster Hunter Community College, right? Right?!
