Namco Bandai recently announced their next DBZ fighting game, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z. This latest entry to the DBZ fighting game family has definitely added some features that haven’t been in any of the others. It features four player co-op, online multiplayer, and a battle royale mode which is for up to 8 players. Here is a link to the clip that they posted.
Looking at the trailer the game certainly looks better than the last entry, which was largely luck based. We got a nice look at the four player co-op as the Z-fighters took on Giant Monkey Vegeta. We’ll have to wait and see just how many characters they include. The game will be getting a world-wide release. There is not currently a release date set, but the game is slated to hit PS3, PS Vita, and Xbox 360. I plan to keep an eye on this game as more information becomes available.
