New screenshots of Square Enix’s upcoming game World of Final Fantasy have been revealed. The images were posted on Flickr by website All Games Delta, though it was not specified how they came by the screenshots.
The screenshots show a number of interesting scenes and locations from the game, as well as battle shots. The two main characters in the game, siblings Lann and Reyne, seem to be joined by a number of human and monster companions alike. They journey through the world and encounter battles against large, monstrous foes. Their world, called Grimoire, appears to be quite vast, with a range of different climates including deserts, balmy oceans, and snowy mountains.

World of Final Fantasy is meant to be a retro title, featuring gameplay reminiscent of the earliest games in the series. With cute character designs, and a simplistic plot, aimed towards children and new players. The game will be released on PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on October 25 in North America, October 27 in Japan, and October 28 in Europe.
