As everybody already knew in June, Double Eleven Studios has been working with Q-Games to make PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate HD.
The tower defence classic comes back to life on the portable handheld system, the PlayStation Vita. The first PixelJunk Monsters was developed in 2008 and will now be remastered with some extra bonuses on the side.
PixelJunk Monsters: Ultimate HD has been faithfully recreated in high definition. The classic Tower Defense game comes with 30+ hours of gameplay, online and ad-hoc co-op play and everything you loved about all the previous editions.
Seeing the game in stores in just two weeks’ time marks Double Eleven Studios’s first independently released title as a studio, an epic milestone for Double Eleven Studios!
PixelJunk Monsters: Ultimate HD will be available on PlayStation Store on July 30th in the United States and July 31st in Europe and most of Asia. PixelJunk Monsters: Ultimate HD will cost $14.99 in North America and £9.99 / €12.99 in Europe.
