Do you love Plants vs. Zombies? Then you will really love Plants vs. Zombies 2. PopCap has released a new video showing what they are doing in the sequel to their game, and it looks great! We will still have many of our favorite characters and behaviors, but they have added new worlds, new plants, and plant food. One thing that you will really enjoy that is new is that Plants vs. Zombies 2 will be free to play.
New Features
We will still have our favorite plants, but we will be able to give them Plant Food and they will get new abilities they did not have before.
Instead of levels there will be worlds to play on. Currently there will be Ancient Egypt, Pirate Seas, and Wild West. There will be more worlds all the time.
I love the idea of free to play. And this is truly free to play. You can get to every part of the map without spending any money. Of course, you will be able to spend money if you want to, but you will not have to. And they are not going to make you have four friends help you to get a gate open or anything like that.
I am truly excited with the new Plants vs. Zombies 2. There is not a release date at this time, but it is expected to be out “later in the summer.” GameSkinny will definitely let you know when Plants vs. Zombies 2 comes out to play.
