According to Ian Bell, head of Slightly Mad Studios, Project CARS Wii U is “running at about 23FPS.”

In the Project CARS forums, Ian Bell continued by stating that the studio is hoping for “more of a hardware announcement at E3,” in the hopes that Project CARS could be slated for Nintendo’s next console iteration.

New information on the NX, however, is unlikely to surface at E3, as Nintendo President Satoru Iwata has already stated that there will be no new information about Nintendo’s new system until 2016.

The chance of a Wii U version of the game releasing is becoming more unlikely, with Ian Bell writing that “unless we really cut the looks back I think we’re looking to Nintendo’s next console.”

Project CARS not on Wii u on next nintendo console

Project CARS already released on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 several weeks ago and received positive reviews, earning an 8/10 from GameSpot, and an 8.9/10 from IGN.
