Redditor Kongoboom has recently released pictures of a custom Monopoly board featuring key areas from Bethesda’s Fallout New Vegas video game.

While this board is only in a virtual state, KongoBoom intends on making a physical set for the board in a week’s time.

The board not only matches the Fallout New Vegas theme, but also features accurate lot prices for each area in the game

KongoBoom has put a great amount of effort into ensuring that each part of this Monopoly board is both accurate, and functional. In fact, KongoBoom has gone out-of-the-way to recreate every single Chance and Community Chest card for the sake of accuracy. These two card types have been renamed Luck and Lockpick cards, respectively.

Every title deed has been recreated to match the Monopoly standard as well, and the board will feature its own currency based on NCR money, pre-war money, as well as legion denarius and aureus.

My personal favorite touch on the Fallout New Vegas board is the consistent use of a tea-stained print. It’s a nice detail that makes the board feel older than it really is, and fits in with the Fallout theme much better than a splash art center would. Some Reddit users have commented that KongoBoom should have used the NCRCF instead of simply putting an In Jail space, but I think that the board looks just fine regardless. No need for making the game more confusing than it already is.

If you want to learn more about KongoBoom’s unofficial Fallout Monopoly board you can find the bulk of his design images for the Monopoly board on imgur, and learn more about the status on the board on the Reddit thread.

What about you readers? Would you like to have your very own Fallout-themed board? Are there any other video game Monopoly boards that have caught your eye? Are there any that you would like to see? Leave your ideas in the comments section below!
