As of this writing, we don’t yet know what the game’s recommended requirements will be. We’ll update this article once those are officially released by Capcom.

However, RE3‘s minimum requirements are currently identical to the minimum requirements for the Resident Evil 2 remake that released earlier this year. With that knowledge, it’s a safe bet Resident Evil 3‘s recommended specs will be essentially the same as well.

Resident Evil 3 Remake Minimum System Requirements

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: WINDOWS 7, 8.1, 10 (64-BIT Required)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 or AMD FX-6300 or better
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 or AMD Radeon R7 260x with 2GB Video RAM
  • DirectX: Version 11

Interestingly, the game’s required HDD space isn’t listed yet. As with the recommended system specs, we’ll update this article once we know more.

The Resident Evil 3 remake was revealed during Sony’s final State of Play for 2019. The game looks very similar to the RE2 remake, and it will feature a 4-v-1 multiplayer component called Project Resistance

Ahead of the game’s impending release, Capcom has added a tie-in achievement to Resident Evil 2
