Resonance of Fate takes place in a dystopian future where Earth can no longer sustain life. As part of the Private Military Firm, the game’s heroes (Vashyron, Zephyr, and Leanne) seek out quests for their clients, but are eventually led on a journey that will reveal the dark secrets of the world they live in.

The game features a unique gun-based battle system. Using semi-real time gameplay, characters are able to pull of spectacular moves and precision attacks. This system allows the player to chain attacks together.

The story revolves around a massive tower-like machine, and will delve deep into fate and the mechanisms that control it. The beautiful environments help to illustrate the tapestry of a dystopian world.

Resonance of Fate also allows for character customization. Extensive Weapon customization allows characters to swap stats and effects on their weapons, specialized from parts obtained throughout the game. Players are also able to change character appearance with costumes unlocked throughout the game.

Resonance of Fate is available on the PSN for $19.99. A Xbox 360 Games on Demand version is also available for those who own Microsoft’s system.
