Two and a half years after the game originally came out, Ubisoft is releasing an awesome new DLC for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: the Game, one of my favorite video games from recent memory and perhaps of all time.
The new DLC that’s slated to come out will feature Scott’s gay roommate as a playable character. Not only that, but it will finally add a feature that was shamefully absent from the original game: an online multiplayer mode. You will finally be able to play with your friends in this wonderful co-op game.
As soon as this new Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: the Game DLC comes out, I’m hitting up the PSN store and snatching it up. I’ve put a ton of hours into this game already and still have a lot of fun, but it’s difficult to have friends come over all the time for local multiplayer. Time to dust off my PS3 and start beatin’ up some dudes.
