SimCity 5 Pathfinding: Would you call this slow?

I found this hilarious video on YouTube. Yes, SimCity 5 pathfinding can lead to slow response. However, apparently there are even deeper bugs in other places. Maybe the fire truck is trying to blow out the fire by creating wind? The fire helicopter doing the exact same thing is just icing on the cake.
