Developed by Micropsia Games, The Watchmaker is a puzzle-based game that takes place in a giant clock tower filled with gears and platforms. The main character, Alexander, the keeper of the clock tower, realizes that somehow his tower has been sabotaged, causing time to go berserk.

Throughout the game, elements of steampunk are woven together with the mysterious clock tower mystery. Instead of a health bar in the game, a unique time-aging process will be the focus for players. The main character must collect time to complete the game and stay alive.

Players can see Alexander’s condition unfold through specifically animated movements of his posture and face. Players must guide Alexander through series of challenging puzzles as he becomes increasingly, inexplicably older. As the game ends, players will reveal the secret of The Watchmaker.

Gameplay in The Watchmaker is diversified with a mix of exploration, puzzles, platforming action and boss fights. In five extensive locations, players will use special gadgets to solve environmental puzzles.

The Watchmaker is scheduled to be released in Q2 2017 for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
