Steam’s Midweek Madness Sale Offers Great Games For Little Cost

Steam has released the newest Midweek Madness Sale, offering games like Hitman: Absolution for 75% off.
This article is over 11 years old and may contain outdated information

Midweek Madness is going on now, which offers Hitman: Absolution for only $6.24 (75% off), along with Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition for $7.49 (75% off), and Castle Storm for $5.99 (40% off). Steam keeps rolling out great games for extremely cheap prices, and they’re making a good move by making certain games for free over periods of time.

The reason Steam makes these games cheaper for a certain period is because they give people a quick sample, a taste of the game, before it goes back to its original price. It’s a win-win situation; the developers of the game are getting their game out there, and once the deal ends, the devs, and Valve, get a fair share of cash.

Everyone is a sucker for Steam’s great sales. And it’s smart, too. People see a great game for a cheap price, then they see another for less. Buy a whole bunch and what do you get? An awesome collection of games, but an empty wallet as well. I fall victim to it as well, but it’s worth it. I love Steam too much not to buy anything. But back to the main topic, Steam’s Midweek Madness Sales are offering great games for a cheap price. But check them out now, because they won’t last for long!
