Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced this week that they are making their new mobile RPG – DC Legends, available for pre-registration. The game won’t release until November, but for those who want to get a head start on building their super hero dream team, now is as good a time as any.
In deference to Wonder Woman’s 75th anniversary, the developers are also offering her in game character, Striker Wonder Woman, for free to anyone who pre-registers and downloads the game when it releases. For a woman in her 70s, she still looks pretty darned good.
DC Legends is a free to play mobile game that will be available for iOS and Android devices. In the game, players will build teams of heroes and villains to do battle with the evil Nekron and his armies.
Along the way players can level up their heroes to the titular – Legendary status which comes with upgrades to both stats, and costumes. The game will even allow for unlikely heroes and villains to be on the same team. Joker and Batman fighting together… mass hysteria!
