It was recently announced in a blog posted on the PlayStation website that God of War III is being remastered for the PS4. This 1080p remastered version is set to be released on July 14th.
It’s been 10 years since our pale anti-hero first thrust his chained blades into our minds and hearts as we embarked on a journey to kill a god. And what an incredible journey it was.
After ending the destructive rampage of Aries, the god of war, and taking the mantle ourselves, we faced betrayal from the king of the gods, Zeus. Even the underworld could not keep us from vengence. After being revived by a titan, we began our next journey: one of revenge. The fates showed us the way back to the point of our betrayal and to the beginning of the end for all of Olympus.
