The Return of Super Smash Bros. Melee to Evo 2014

Super Smash Bros. Melee makes it's return to Evo 2014! Watch the stream live!

The Evolution Championship Series, better known as Evo, is coming July 11th to Las Vegas! It will feature the best of the best fighting game players of the world, battling for the number 1 spot. It’s been confirmed for a while now that Super Smash Bros. Melee will return as one of the biggest games there. In a surprising turn of events, Nintendo will be sponsoring Evo this year, after attempting to block Smash Bros. from the Evo stream last year (and soon changing their minds).

The Smash Bros. event will be streamed on two different Twitch channels: Twitch.tv/srkevo1 (Smash Bros making an appearance on Friday July 11th, 8am – 2pm Pacific Time; and Sunday July 13th, 1:30pm – 3:30pm Pacific Time) and Twitch.tv/srkevo2 (Saturday July 12th, 4pm – 6pm Pacific Time). Be sure to check out the channels this weekend, as they will be streaming other games as well.

Hello! I'm Val, a 23 year old college graduate. I've been interested in video games since I was very young, Pokemon being my first (and constant) love. Along the years I have become attached to RPGs and adventure games. I play League periodically (not well), but apart from that, I don't play anything online nor competitively (Though I was a frequent TPP player and I've logged onto GTA Online a few times...). I tend to prefer solo games, unless it's with people in the same room. In those cases, Mario Party, Little Big Planet, Quake, and more, all the way! I am really into anime and try to keep up with the new ones season by season (so many). And yeah I have no idea if I'm writing this right, but thank you for reading!
