If you’re excited to replay Nathan Drake’s harrowing adventures, but don’t want to wait several months, don’t worry because the Nathan Drake Collection will be getting a demo.

According the official PS Blog, PS4 owners will be able to get a glimpse at Drake and friends in beautiful 1080p very soon. The demo climbs its way into the PS Store later this summer.

Blue Point, the studio behind a number of other video game remastered editions, such as the Metal Gear Solid Collection, is remastering Drake’s previous adventures. SCEAs Social Media Manager Sid Shuman states:

The studio is upgrading character models, environmental textures, lighting and special effects across the board bringing all three games as close to visual modernity as possible while ensuring they remain true to their original creative direction.

Naughty Dog, the developers behind the Uncharted games, made their debut in the 1990s with the popular platformer Crash Bandicoot. Over a decade later they released Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune to critical success and quickly spawned two sequels. The Uncharted series put Naughty Dog on the map as a top-tier developer and proudly showed off the hardware of the PlayStation 3. Their final Uncharted game, A Thief’s End comes out in 2016.

For now, though the Nathan Drake collection releases on October 7th in the Europe and the 9th in America. It contains all three Uncharted games: Drake’s Fortune, Among Thieves and Drake’s Deception and is only on PS4.
