Stealth fans want rewards for being sneaky. They want acknowledgement for their patience, strategy, tact and timing. Their skills aren’t based on dexterity or reflexes. That’s why they’ll appreciate the Achievement/Trophy list for the upcoming Thief reboot.

You can check out all 37 Achievements for the game at Xbox Achievements, and remember that if you’re a PlayStation player, the Trophies will be the same. The best part about this list? Its emphasis is on stealth, which is precisely what the long-time franchise fans desire.

Some of the goals are pretty standard. You’re given a nod for grabbing all the loot and collectibles in a single chapter, picking a lock with “masterful speed,” completing 25 optional Thieving Objectives, and disarming ten trap mechanisms. However, the toughest ones will test your stealth skill.

For example, you can only get one if you avoid the Focus ability until the last chapter. Perhaps the most challenging is “Moral Victory,” which tasks you with completing the game without killing anyone or knocking anyone out. Think you’re up to it?

Thief will release on February 28 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Take your time and just… breathe

Sure, it’s slower. Yeah, it requires a lot more trial-and-error. That’s the way we stealth fans like it, though. I enjoy taking my time, planning out a certain approach, and moving like a ghost through a series of guards and obstacles. I’m not sure I’ll attempt the Moral Victory Trophy/Achievement, but it’s awesome that it exists.
