Blood Ties will be set in Croft Manor, where Lara must investigate and prove that she is the rightful heir to the family estate as her uncle seeks ownership of the manor. It has been announced that the Blood Ties storyline will feature over an hour of additional gameplay.

However, this isn’t the only upcoming mode featured within the Blood Ties DLC package that is grabbing the attention of fans. Lara’s Nightmare, a bonus gameplay mode, finds Lara having to fight her way through hordes of zombies that have overrun her family home. The replayable mode will find Lara having to complete new challenges as she defends her home from the undead.

Blood Ties will be available within Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration which will also feature all previous DLC’s that has been released. Alternatively, Season Pass holders on both PC and Xbox One will receive the DLC as a free downloadable update on October 11.

Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration will be available on PS4 on October 11.
