The Diablo 4 Day 1 patch notes have seemingly leaked, potentially giving us fans insight into the alleged upcoming changes. First noted on WoWhead, the supposed launch day patch notes cover Druid, Rogue, and Necromancer changes, adjustments to some Aspects, and Elixir fixes. Here’s what was leaked as the Day 1 Patch 1.0.2 for Diablo 4. However! It’s important to note that the changes below haven’t been confirmed by Blizzard.

Associate Game Director Joseph Piepiora has stated that the Server Slam build is the same as the launch build. As PC Gamer pointed out, Piepiora recently tweeted, saying that “there will be very few changes between [the Server Slam] build and the one players will be playing at launch.” This stands in stark contrast to the supposed patch notes below.

With all of that said, here’s what could, maybe, possibly, be coming in a Diablo 4 Day 1 patch. Again, this information could change, though we’re not far from knowing now.
