Are you prepared for Blizzard’s latest Hearthstone announcement? Tune into Blizzard’s Official Hearthstone Twitch channel at 2:30pm PST today, July 22nd, or join them live on-site at Folsom Street Foundry in San Francisco, CA.
In addition to a “momentous announcement” by Blizzard, the livestream and live show will also include special Hearthstone matche
s and some shop-talk with game designers Rachel Quirico and Eric Dodds. Community hot-shots Frodan, Kripparrian, Trump, Amaz, and World Champion Firebat will also be available to gawk – er – talk at.
Speculation has abounded since Blizzard first made the pre-announcement last week as to what this “momentous announcement” might be.
Favored theories include a new expansion, possibly Argent Tournament or Icecrown themed, while others include increased deck slots, new forms of Tavern Brawl, and improved spectator mode. Whatever Blizzard has plans to announce, it’s big enough to have warranted its own announcement – complete with superstar cast.
