The new release date will give the devs more time to further enhance and increase the visuals of the game, as well as provide PC users with content updates from day one.

PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release dates will remain the same, starting November 3 in North America and November 5 worldwide. The content updates on the consoles will allow for the PC version to come fully equipped with the new updates.

In addition to this new release date, Need for Speed will also be conducting a closed beta on the PS4 and Xbox One in the coming weeks. Those who are interested in signing up for the closed beta, which will kick off in October, can sign up here until Sept. 28.

What do you think of the new updates? Will you be signing up for the Need for Speed beta? Let us know in the comments!
