Hogwarts Legacy DLC Not Planned by Avalanche

Avalanche Software have confirmed that no DLC is planned for Hogwarts Legacy.

Hogwarts Legacy, developers Avalanche Software, have officially declared that no current plans for DLC are in place for the game. This may surprise fans, but when you consider just how expansive the game is, it makes sense that the development team needs time before considering more Hogwarts Legacy content.

During IGN Fan Fest, Alan Tew, the game director, confirmed that the development team was focused on making the base game a reality, and they are not working on an expansion, as he expressed:

“We’ve been really heads-down bringing [Hogwarts Legacy] to life, so at the moment there are no current plans for DLC.”

While we can’t expect any new content any time soon, maybe some Felix Felicis will come along and change our luck.

The game has been receiving ongoing patch notes to fix bugs and performance issues, meaning the developers are continuing to polish the Hogwarts Legacy experience post-release. Trophy systems, game saves, and world events are examples of the issues that have been addressed.
